Trade Show Videography
The show floor
is our territory.
Druid Productions specializes in fast-moving, high-stakes trade show production. Whether you're a show organizer managing full-floor coverage, an exhibit house, or an individual exhibitor and we deploy embedded crews at the industry's biggest conventions and deliver polished content before the floor clears.
Why Druid
Built for the pace
of live events.
Fast Turnaround
We edit on-site or on the road so content is ready as fast as possible. While most agencies take days, we work to deliver on your timeline, not theirs.
Convention Floor Veterans
We know the floors, the lighting conditions, the noise, and the pace of major conventions. Our teams are at home in the conference setting. No ramp-up time, just execution.
Any Scale
We've covered events ranging from 100 attendees to shows with over 100,000 visitors. Same level of professionalism on every job. We scale to meet your budget and your needs.
Truly Autonomous
With your production notes and initial direction, our teams operate independently with no need for supervision. We've covered hundreds of events and know how to show up for your team.

For Show Organizers
Introducing
ClipTrade.
ClipTrade is a unique offering we've built for show organizers that makes professional video and photography available to every exhibitor and sponsor at your event, not just the ones who thought to book it in advance.
You choose how to structure it: offer it as a premium upsell with a markup for additional revenue, or provide it as a benefit of attendance at a significant discount with zero obligation to participate. Our clients describe it as a “win-win” and “no brainer”, with everyone walking away with more to show from the event.

Common Questions
Trade show video, answered.
How quickly can we get video after a trade show?
Same-day delivery is standard for social cuts and daily recaps. At Clean Show 2025 in Orlando, each day's recap was edited on-site and delivered in both horizontal and vertical formats before the floor opened the next morning. Timelines for full show recaps are agreed with you before the show rather than estimated afterward, and our editors work on-site or in transit instead of taking footage home.
Do you cover the whole show floor, or just our booth?
Both. Show organizers and exhibit houses hire us for full-floor coverage across every exhibitor, while individual exhibitors hire us for their booth alone. The crew size and deliverable list change with the scope; the way we work does not.
What do you need from us before the show?
Production notes, initial direction, and booth access with exhibitor badges. From there our crews operate independently, with no supervision or day-of hand-holding required. We have covered hundreds of events and arrive already knowing how a show floor runs.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Every crew package includes professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment matched to the event. Show floors are punishing environments for lighting and sound, so the kit is chosen for the room rather than pulled off a shelf.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks of lead time is comfortable for most engagements. We have staffed productions on as little as 48 hours' notice, so it is worth asking regardless of your timeline. In major markets we can often confirm crew availability the same day you inquire.
Which trade shows do you work?
Any show in the United States. We have worked CES, NAB Show, SEMA, RSAC, MAGIC, MODEX, HIMSS, Money20/20, AWS re:Invent, IAAPA Expo, ConExpo, LightFair, and WQA, among others. Because we keep full-time crews in every major event city, a show in a new market does not mean flying a team across the country.
Can you film interviews on the show floor?
Yes. We run dedicated interview stations at or near your booth, capturing executive, product, and customer interviews between floor coverage. At Clean Show 2025 an interview station ran alongside two videographers and an on-site editor across three full show days.
Do you shoot photography as well as video?
Yes. Booth setups, product shots, headshots, candids, and show floor energy, delivered as high-resolution galleries and same-day when the schedule calls for it. Clean Show 2025 included 100 edited photos per day alongside the video deliverables.
