About
Built for the pace
of real events.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Druid Productions was built by veterans of the event industry who were tired of the false choice between quality and speed. We combined a core creative team with full-time crews in all major event hub cities, so no matter where your events travel year after year, the same level of production excellence follows.
Today we produce for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, show organizers, exhibit houses, and regional exhibitors. Our goal isn't to be a vendor. It's to become your long-term production partner. We understand what success looks like for your events and show up accordingly, every time.
What We Stand For
Four things we never
compromise on.
Speed Without Compromise
We build our productions to deliver quickly. Our editors work on-site or in transit so content is ready as fast as possible, on a timeline we agree on before the event.
Cinematic Quality, Corporate Scale
Most production companies either look great or operate efficiently. We do both. Broadcast-level quality at the pace of live events.
Simple, Scalable Pricing
Wedding photographers and freelancers from job boards aren't your only alternative to AV company rates. We bring the same level of professionalism to every job, with a straightforward pricing structure that scales to meet your budget.
Long-Term Partnership
Many of our clients' events travel to new cities every year. We accommodate that, providing a consistent, excellent experience regardless of location. Our goal isn't to be a vendor. It's to become your production partner.
How We Operate
The contractor model, done right.
Why a contractor network instead of a full-time crew?
Because events happen everywhere. Building a full-time team in every city would require overhead that gets passed directly to clients. Our network model lets us staff with experienced local professionals at every location, without adding unnecessary cost.
How do you maintain quality across different crews?
Every crew we deploy goes through a vetting process. We review reels, check references, and often work alongside new contractors before sending them on solo engagements. Our standards are non-negotiable. The crew changes, the quality doesn't.
Who coordinates everything on the day of the event?
A Druid producer oversees every engagement, either on-site or remotely depending on the scale. You have one point of contact from booking to delivery. Nothing falls through the cracks.
How much hand-holding do you need from our event team?
Very little. With your production notes and initial direction, we operate autonomously. We've covered hundreds of events and know how to show up for your team. You focus on running the event, we handle everything on the production side.
