How quickly can you confirm a crew?

For most U.S. cities, we can confirm crew availability quickly after your inquiry. For major markets like Las Vegas, New York, and Chicago, often same day.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We prefer at least 2–3 weeks lead time for standard engagements. That said, we've staffed productions with as little as 48 hours notice. Contact us regardless of timeline.

What's your typical turnaround for edited content?

We prioritize fast turnaround on all deliverables. Social cuts and recap content are typically ready within 24 hours of the event. Full highlight reels vary based on length and complexity — we'll give you a realistic timeline when we scope the project.
